Received some very confusing screen prints by RECORDED DELIVERY today from Argos in response to my Data Protection Act request. Its gonna take a while to work out whats what. Will keep you informed.

Response to prelim received;

We are looking into the matters set out in your letter and in the recently released OFT statement of its position on default charges following its review into 8 credit card providers. The OFT acknowledges to date that most of the 8 credit card issuers have not agreed with their views. The credit card issuers have until 31st May to respond to the statement.

We wre not a party to the review and will therefore revert back to you as soon as we have had an opportunity to assess what effect (if any) this may have on us.
